Disorders of the Spine (Back Pain, Herniated Disc, Stenosis)
Chronic back or neck conditions that compromise a nerve root or the spinal cord.

Lumbar Spinal Stenosis
Narrowing of the spinal canal in the lower back that compresses the cauda equina.

Reconstructive Surgery or Surgical Arthrodesis of a Major Weight-Bearing Joint
Surgery on a hip, knee, or ankle that requires extended recovery.

Abnormality of a Major Joint (Hip, Knee, Ankle, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist)
Chronic joint damage that prevents effective ambulation or fine/gross manipulation.
